Dennings dated Nick Zano her "2 Broke Girls" co-star in the year 2011 until 2014. Following their split Dennings began dating the singer Josh Groban. They stayed together till the year 2016. Then, in early 2021, the couple met musician Andrew W.K. They began dating around the start of 2021. They later announced their wedding date for May. Dennings has been a fan from 2014. Dennings admitted that even though she is Jewish and became an active member within the Jewish community at a personal and ethnic basis, religion doesn't play a significant part in her everyday day life.
